The best form of therapy during vacations is talking to your siblings and sharing a laugh. As a human experience, it’s a peak like no other.

As we grow with time, one of the things that we so very much want to cling to is nostalgia.

You cannot stop the clock and rewind time. But being an active listener to their stories takes you back into the realm of the silly little things you did as a kid, or even as a teenager.

We often overlook many intricate details and subtle feelings of pleasure when our adrenaline is pumping hard at the moment.

And the time spent with them can seamlessly take you back to relive those missed lapses again.

There is an inner child in every person. A child that we so successfully mask in the form of a strong & independent gent or a lady.

But that little kid must be protected at all costs with acts that trigger the emotions that made it a kid in the first place.

In the ebb and flow of life, we often confuse ourselves between happiness and fulfillment.
